Our guest speaker will be Jon Coupal, the President of the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association who will share the next steps for Howard Jarvis to respond to the California Supreme Court's decision invalidating the Taxpayer Protection Act as an intiative.  Jon will also discuss the intiatives that are on the November ballot that are bad for the California taxpayer.  And Supervisor Elect Roy Lee will be the special guest who is looking forward to personally meeting SBCTAC members.  This is a meeting you don't want to miss.
