  • I am a U.S. citizen or a lawfully admitted permanent resident of the United States (green card holder).

  • I understand that the Committee is required to collect my full name, residential address (no P.O. Boxes), occupation, and employer before it can accept or deposit my contribution.

  • This contribution is made entirely from my own personal funds and not from the funds of any business entity (including a corporation, LLC, partnership, or similar organization).

  • This contribution is not being made in the name of, or on behalf of, another person (straw donor prohibitions apply), and anonymous contributions are prohibited.

  • I understand that contributions using public funds or public resources are prohibited.

  • I understand that it is unlawful for any organization, business, or similar entity to reimburse me (or promise to reimburse me) for this contribution made in support of or opposition to a City of San Diego candidate.

  • This contribution is not made under a false name, is not made under another person’s name, and has not been and will not be reimbursed by anyone.

  • I understand that contributions to this Committee are limited to a maximum of $1,600 per individual ($800 for the primary election and $800 for the general election).

  • I understand that married couples may contribute a combined maximum of $3,200 for the combined primary and general elections if both spouses sign the check or if they submit separate checks.

  • I understand that if contributing by credit card, each spouse should make a separate contribution under his/her own name.

  • I understand that the Committee is prohibited from accepting contributions from any individual who currently represents an entity before the city of San Diego regarding a pending government contract or real estate project that is before the City Council.
