1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).

2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.

3. This contribution does not cause me to exceed my contribution limit of $9,800. I understand that all contributions I make to this candidate or committee must be cumulated. I understand that a contribution from another individual or entity whose contribution activity I control, such as a business that I own or control, must be aggregated with this contribution, and both contributions will be treated as a single contribution from me.  

4. I am not a registered lobbyist or lobbying firm with the state of California, nor am I engaged in lobbying the elected office for which the candidate is seeking election.

5. I am at least eighteen years old.

Contributions to Meghann Adams for Controller 2026 are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. The Committee may accept up to $9,800 per election from individuals, businesses, labor organizations and PACs, and up to $19,600 from registered small contributor committees. Contributions must be made from the donors’ own funds and may not be reimbursed by any other person. Contributions from foreign nationals who lack permanent residence in the United States are prohibited.
