Contributions are not tax deductible.  The committee is primarily formed to oppose statewide initiative #22-0008, which would expand local governments’ authority to enact rent control on residential property.  No limit applies to the amount a donor may contribute to this committee.  This contribution is made from my own funds on a personal or entity account for which I have legal obligation to pay or authorization to control, and not those of another.  I have provided my true name, street address, and if I’m an individual, my true occupation and employer.  If I’m making multiple contributions for companies I control, I will notify the committee immediately.  If I’m serving as an intermediary for contributions from others (e.g. clients, properties I manage but don’t own), I will notify the committee immediately.
