We deposit funds directly to your bank account typically in 2 to 3 business days after a donation is made. If you do not have a bank account set up yet, we can still set up your donation site and provide you with a check weekly for donation amounts until you can provide us with your campaign’s banking information.

We provide weekly contribution reports detailing all the accounts donations minus our fees. This gives you an accurate picture of what to expect in your banking deposits as well as providing you with all the data you need to do your reporting. This eliminates the need for you to pull manual batch reports saving you time.

Yes, you can download our free mobile app to use with our eFunds credit card swipers. Upon request you will receive one free to use swiper with your account. If you would like additional swipers they can be purchased from your account manager or borrowed from your treasurer if they have extras on hand.

About the eFund Swiper and Mobile App

The eFund Swiper is our proprietary credit card reader! Simply plug into your mobile device, download our free app and start accepting campaign contributions at fundraising events or receptions.

All donations collected using your eFund Swiper process through your eFundraising Connections account at the same rate as they would online. The donor information is also captured and stored as well for reporting purposes.

Compliance Software Integrations

We currently support integration with NetFile, ISPolitical, Nation Builder, Complete Campaigns, and iDonate Pro. This streamlines your process by eliminating the need to double enter your data, saving you time and resources.

About Use & Functionality

Yes, you can. Each account has different permission levels that you can assign to the appropriate team member. This allows you to control all aspects of access levels and allocate each person’s responsibilities to them. We have access levels designed for Treasurers, Consultants, Web Designers, and Fundraisers.
