The maximum contribution an individual may make to Kuo for Senate is $11,000 ($5,500 designated for the primary election, $5,500 designated to the general election). A couple may contribute up to $22,000 from a joint account. Contributions are not tax deductable for income tax purposes. Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited. FPPC regulations require us to collect and report the name, physical address, employer and occupation of all donors who aggregate more than $100. State law prohibits reimbursing donors for their contribution.
