Contribution rules
In the past twelve months, I have not been a lobbyist registered with Los Angeles County.
I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
I am at least eighteen years old.
This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
Contributions to Sidenfaden for Supervisor 2026 are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Sidenfaded for Supervisor 2026 may accept up to $1,500 per donor for the primary election from individuals, businesses, labor organizations and PACs. Spouses and domestic partners may contribute up to $3,000 from a joint account, if both donors sign the check, or both donors are on the credit card. Contributions must be made from the donor’s own funds and may not be reimbursed by any other person. The Committee cannot accept contributions from lobbyists and lobbying firms registered with the County of Los Angeles. Contributions from foreign nationals who lack permanent residence in the United States are prohibited.
