Contributions to Save Downtown Menlo are not tax deductible. Contributions may be made in any amount, and may come from individuals, businesses, political committees, city contractors, nonprofit organizations, etc. The committee may not accept contributions from “foreign nationals” (individuals who are not U.S. citizens and do not have a green card), and does not accept cash or cashier’s checks. Contributions from individuals may not be accepted without the person’s name, street address (no p.o. boxes), occupation and employer.
