State law requires us to collect and report the name, physical address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions aggregate $100 or more. The City of Chula Vista Municipal Code limits contributions to campaigns for a Council District Seat to eight hundred and dollars per person and Two Thousand Nine hundred and fifty dollars per organization. Contributions from foreign nationals are not permitted.
