Contributions limits are $1,100 per election for the 2026 campaign. Only individuals may contribute to a San Diego County campaign. Spouses are considered separate contributors and must disclose and agree to their donation.

Contributions may not be accepted from foreign nationals unless they are a permanent resident (Green Card holder). Campaign finance laws prohibit reimbursing donors for their contributions. Contributions are non-tax deductible for federal or California tax purposes.
