State law requires political committees to report the name, street address, occupation and employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate to $100 or more.

Contributions to Marc Boomgaarden for Yuba City Council 2026 are subject to limits at this time. The maximum contribution by an individual, business, union or political action committee is $5,900.

Contributions are not deductible for Federal or State income tax purpose.
