Accordingly, contributions to Inki Welch for Escondido Mayor 2022 are not tax-deductible. The Inki Welch for Escondido Mayor 2022 committee may accept contributions of up to $1,750 per individual for any single election in accordance with Escondido's Ordinance Section 2-103, Campaign Contributions, Limitations for the office of mayor. Spouses may each contribute a maximum of $1,750. FPPC requires the donor's name, street address, occupation, and employer. While contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited, contributions from legal residents, i.e., green card holders, and businesses are allowed but still non-tax deductible.
