Contributions to Eric Lucan for Assembly 2026 are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes.
California law allows individuals to contribute a maximum of $5,900 per election. The primary and general elections are considered separate, permitting a total contribution of $11,800 per individual.
Contributions from corporations, labor unions, and foreign nationals (who are not permanent residents) are strictly prohibited.
