By proceeding with a contribution, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms, which are required to ensure compliance with the campaign finance laws of the State of Washington and the regulations of the Public Disclosure Commission (PDC).
Please affirm the terms that apply to your contribution:
For Individual Contributors
If you are contributing from your own personal funds, you affirm that:
I am a U.S. citizen or a lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., a "green card" holder).
This contribution is made from my personal funds, and I will not be reimbursed for it by any other person or entity.
My total contributions to this campaign will not exceed the legal limit of $1,250 per election.
I understand my contribution is a public record and is not tax-deductible.
For Business & Organizational Contributors
If you are contributing on behalf of a business, corporation, LLC, partnership, union, or other organization, you affirm that:
I am fully authorized to make this contribution on behalf of the organization named.
The organization is legally permitted to conduct business in Washington State and is not a foreign national or foreign-influenced entity as defined by law.
This contribution will not cause the organization to exceed its legal limit of $1,250 per election.
I understand that the organization's name and address will be made public and that this contribution is not tax-deductible.
