Contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. DAVID KARTSONIS FOR CITY COUNCIL 2026 may accept up to $1,000 per election from any business entity, PAC, or individual. A couple may contribute up to $2,000 from a joint account if both spouses’ names are printed on the check and both spouses’ signature is included. Donors must use their own funds to make contributions and may not be reimbursed by their employer or any other person or entity. All contributors must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
