Contribution rules
I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
I am at least eighteen years old.
I am not a federal contractor.
I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
We may accept contributions totaling a maximum of $3,500 for the general election from individuals. Contributions to DAN GREANEY USA are subject to the prohibitions and limitations of the Federal Election Campaign Act. That law prohibits federal contributions from corporations, labor unions, and foreign nationals who are not admitted for permanent residence. All contributions must be made from personal funds and may not be reimbursed by any other person. By submitting your contribution, you agree that the amount that you contribute up to $3,500 is designated for the 2028 primary election. To comply with federal law, we must use best efforts to obtain, maintain, and submit the name, mailing address, occupation and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle. Contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes.

Contributions from qualified PACs are limited to $5,000 per election, primary and general. Contributions from unions, corporations, national banks, federal contractors and foreign nationals not admitted for permanent resident are prohibited.
