Terms and Conditions

Contributions to Californians for School Choice may be made in any amount. Donors can be individuals, businesses, political committees and membership organizations.

Contributions of $5,000.00 or more will trigger a letter from the committee advising the contributor that if they contribute $10,000.00 or more (aggregated) to ANY & ALL political committees in California in a calendar year, they will be subject to Major Donor reporting requirements as outlined by the Fair Political Practices Commission.

Political contributions are not tax deductible for income tax purposes
