I agree to the following statements.
If your contribution(s) to this
committee and to other California state or local committees total(s) $10,000 or
more in a calendar year, California law requires you to file disclosure reports
as a Major Donor Committee. If you are a major donor committee, contributions
of $1,000 or more to this committee between March 6, 2024 and June 4, 2024 must
be reported by the donor within 24 hours.
No limit applies on the amount a donor may contribute to this committee. This contribution is made from my own funds on a personal or entity account for which I have legal obligation to pay or authorization to control, and not the funds of another. If the person making this contribution is “affiliated” with another person also making a contribution to the committee, I will notify the Treasurer by emailing daniela@bmhlaw.com. Provide the names of all of the entities making contributions that are “affiliated” or ask for more information about determining if contributors are “affiliated.”
